We believe in the effectiveness of our products, which is why we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience the benefits before considering a return. If you’re not completely satisfied after the 14-day period but still within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@oloura.com.


Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as your order will likely have entered the processing phase. If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the performance of our products. We encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you can return the products within 60 days for a full refund. Please note, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurs during shipping (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage as long as the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@oloura.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns or provide replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you experience delivery issues, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot offer a resend or refund for packages sent to the wrong address.
