Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you, it is considered dispatched. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time once your order has been dispatched. The time it takes to reach you depends on factors such as your location. Generally it will take 3-7 business days.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times or due to holidays, and customs delays may occur for international shipments. These factors may cause a longer delivery time than estimated.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays or result in order cancellation. If we detect any address issues, we will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear from you within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@oloura.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to update your order after this time.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that receiving your order promptly is important. However, please note that there may be delays outside of our control due to unforeseen circumstances.
For example, couriers may experience delays due to severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In these cases, we’ll work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Additionally, delays may occur due to product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide updates.
Please note, Oloura is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, but we will keep you informed and provide assistance where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to our shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@oloura.com, and we will assist you in the process.
We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. We will also contact the carrier on your behalf to follow up and keep you updated.
Please note, Oloura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they are not covered under our refund policy. However, we will help you resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
If the package is lost, we advise filing a police report.
