Absolutely everything you need to install the showerhead was included including some extra replacement pieces and plumbers tape. I was able to quickly get it installed and take my first shower with it in just minutes.

I didn't have super high expectations for this because of the low price, but it actually works quite well. Installation was easy - I've done a few of these and didn't need the included instructions, but they cover the basics, and the inclusion in the package of a little roll of teflon tape was a nice touch.
Spray adjustment is limited (only like 3 options) but what's there works fine. Having an on/off switch on the head is helpful when I'm washing my dog (not a euphemism). It also seems to make the most of my mediocre water pressure.
It's all plastic, but it seems like a fairly heavy, durable sort of plastic. I hope it lasts a few years at least, I really like it.
